We had the fish tacos, wings and fries! Everything tasted great. I think the fish tacos could use a little more acidity - less mayo, but prob would order them again anyway lol. Loved the buffalo sauce and the rice that came with the tacos was delicious. 10/10 for atmosphere!! The playlist had me singing and dancing in my seat. The staff seemed to be really enjoying themselves - such good energy! Sarah H was a super friendly and attentive server. EDIT (about 6 hours later) - stopped by Citizen’s to Go that was open late. Had the breakfast sandwich (nice fluffy bun with perfectly cooked ham and bacon) and the chocolate banana bread (so moist with little chocolate chips).. both were so good that we’ll be back tonight!! Staff was super kind here too and food was quick.

Incredibly delicious food! Excellent service. We were blessed to have Leslie! The breakfast burrito was so freaking good! The pancakes were incredibly thick and fluffy. The drinks were also very tasty. My older daughter enjoyed the cinnamon toast crunch milkshake! BEST BREAKFAST EVER!

Our waiter was great. We had the steak and frites and spicy tuna poke bowl. Both were great! I loved the steak. The flavor was awesome and didn’t need steak sauce. Prices were great compared to everything else around it as well! While everything in this area is expensive this is about the most fair priced you are going to get without leaving the area.

Stopped in for a quick bite, sat at the bar and had great service n food. Ordered the breakfast burrito which was hearty and very flavorful. Was a nice spot to find Tuesdays morning when most other spots in this hotel were closed.

We were looking for a restaurant that doesn't close too early and we came across this one, prices were affordable so we decided to give a try. Thebfood is really tasty and the server, sarah,was absolutely attentive and friendly. I ordered a spicy tuna poke bowl, absolutely delicious also a caprese salad fresh and tasty my bf ordered a crispy chicken sandwich also taste. We came again second time and again really satisfied, we ordered, fish and Chips, spinach and Artichoke dip and loaded Nachos with steak.

I stopped by Citizens at Mandalay Bay during my trip and was really impressed. I ordered the chicken Alfredo pasta and it was excellent—rich, creamy, and full of flavor with perfectly cooked pasta. The portion was generous too. What really stood out was the service. The staff was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was just right from start to finish. Great atmosphere, quality food, and top-notch service. I’ll definitely be back next time I’m in Vegas.

The meals here are tasty and awesome and the portions were big. However the lady at the check in counter wasn’t that friendly and warm. She has this icy look and she looked like she wants to be somewhere other than there. Sometimes I wonder why we are tipping service staff who doesn’t let us feel welcome and that they look like they don’t enjoy the job or like to serve customers. Please allocate someone who has a warm personality. Front line service staff is so important.

Very solid breakfast food! This reminds me of First Watch, a local breakfast chain in my hometown. And I have to admit that Citizens is better. This is located on the casino floor in Mandalay Bay. There’s a turn-of-the-century decor here and a takeout stand! Lines can be long especially in the late morning. The service was very good and our food came out quickly. About the food, it came in large portions and it’s delicious! I got the biscuits and gravy and the biscuits are fried, and the gravy has a hint of pepper included. I also really liked the potatoes which were flavorful. Overall, I enjoyed my time! Would recommend.
